1. Structure & Working Principle

Key Components

Ball core with V-notch (common angles: 15°/30°/60°/90°). Its sharp cutting edge forms shear force with the valve seat.

Single valve seat with leaf spring preloading to prevent jamming. Sealing options: PTFE soft seal (low pressure, clean media, leakage rate ANSI Class VI) or metal hard seal (high temperature & high pressure, stellite hardfacing).

Integral cast body (cast steel/stainless steel), available with pneumatic, electric or manual vale-3-way-ball for 90° quarter-turn operation.

Anti-blowout stem and anti-static design complying with industrial safety standards.
